Notes
Elizabeth Theodoria was born in 1803 in Chelsea, London, to esteemed parents: James Grange, Esq., Senior Clerk of HM Treasury, and Mary Godwin Cameron, the daughter of Charles Cameron, Architect to Catherine the Great of Russia.

In 1839, she entered into a marriage, which was considered late for the era, with John Ewer Poole, a man who would later face financial difficulties, potentially leading to their acquaintance during her father's incarceration in debtors' prison.

Following her husband's passing, Elizabeth found herself listed as a widow with a modest annuity. This annuity likely derived from the pension initially promised to James Grange and his children by Tsar Alexander I of Russia. James Grange's upbringing alongside the Tsar at the Russian court fostered a lasting friendship between the two.

In 1887, Elizabeth Theodoria passed away in Croydon and was laid to rest alongside her mother and sisters in the family plot at Nunhead Cemetery.
