Notes
Alexandriana Grange, born in 1800 in Marylebone, London, was the cherished daughter of James Grange Esq, an esteemed Senior Clerk at HM Treasury, and Mary Godwin Cameron, daughter of Charles Cameron, a distinguished architect in the esteemed service of Catherine the Great of Russia. It's worth noting that her godfather was none other than Tsar Alexander I of Russia.

The early years of Mary's life remain veiled in obscurity, and she never embarked on the journey of matrimony.

As the inaugural census of 1841 dawned, Mary found herself in the company of her sisters, including Augusta, and her husband, the esteemed Sir William Ogilvie Bart, at their residence on Grove Lane, Queen's Row, Lambeth, Surrey, England.

A decade later, in 1851, Mary continued to share her days with her brother-in-law, Sir William Ogilvie Bart, and Augusta, along with her unmarried sisters, fostering a close-knit familial bond.

Notably, during this period, the sisters received vital financial support from the Russian Government. This pension, originally promised to James Grange and his offspring by Tsar Alexander I of Russia, stands as a testament to the enduring friendship forged between James Grange and the Tsar during their shared upbringing at the Russian court.

In 1858, Mary's earthly journey came to an end in Chelsea, where she was laid to rest in the family plot at Nunhead Cemetery in London.
